First and third Tuesday of each month, 7.30-8.30pm, cost £5.

Guided visualisation, meditation techniques and some quiet time for your own reflection. Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience who want to enjoy some meditation with a group; simply come along whenever it suits you.

Weekly classes on Tuesday lunchtimes from 1-1.30pm, cost £6 (loyalty card available to get every 6 class free).

Boost your energy and beat the afternoon slump with some invigorating and energising meditation in your lunch break. Suitable for everyone and no need to book.

Classes are in the studio at Neal’s Yard Remedies, 27 Market Place, in Salisbury Town Square

A series of Meditation Development Sessions for those who wish to take their meditation practice a little further. These sessions are taught in small groups so please book and pay in advance as spaces are limited.

Karen holds regular Reiki Circles at The Well Body Centre in Salisbury with her colleague Peter Fricker, from Energy Remedy.

This is a great opportunity for those attuned to give and receive this wonderful healing energy to practice in a supportive environment and to develop skills and build confidence. There may be a few spaces for those not attuned to Reiki who would like to find out more.
