Classes and Workshops

Drop in Meditation Group at The Well Body Centre, Salisbury:

Karen runs a regular drop in meditation session on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7.30-8.30pm (except August). Everyone is welcome; complete beginners and those with a regular practice! These sessions aim to take the mystery out of meditation and combine learning specific meditation practices, guided visualisation and periods of quiet for self-guided meditation. Many people find meditating alongside others improves their focus and concentration.

No need to book, simply turn up and sit on the floor or on a chair for some relaxation and energy refreshment.

Lunchtime Meditation Class at Neal’s Yard Remedies:

Boost your energy and beat the afternoon slump with some invigorating and energising meditation in your lunch break every Tuesday from 1-1.30pm. Enjoy a relaxing space for some time out in the middle of your work day.

This class is suitable for all, including complete beginners. Classes include a range of meditation and relaxation techniques such as focusing on the breath, visualisation and time for some quiet reflection. There is no need to book, simply come along and sit on a chair or on the floor.

Meditation Development Sessions:

A series of 75 and 90 minute development sessions provide a great opportunity for those who wish to take their meditation practice a little further. Each session has a specific focus and provides support to help you develop your meditation practice outside the sessions too. Places are limited for these sessions so please contact Karen to book your place.

Relaxation:
Karen can arrange relaxation sessions aimed at reducing stress and promoting well being with individuals, groups or in the workplace. This is a great way to learn where you hold tension in your body and how to deal more effectively with challenges in your day to day life.
