Meditation and Energy Development
Karen holds regular meditation and energy development workshops or one-to-one teaching. Sessions help participants to increase their awareness of their own energy and develop or deepen their meditation skills. Sessions are suitable for beginners as well as for those with some experience of meditation and can provide a good complement to independent practice.
Relaxation and Stress
Relaxation sessions aimed at reducing stress and promoting well being can also be arranged with individuals, groups or in the workplace. This is a great way to get to know where you hold tension in your body and how to deal more effectively with challenges in your day to day life.
Reiki Circles
Karen holds Reiki circles to give Reiki practitioners at all levels a chance to give and receive treatments alongside other practitioners thereby gaining valuable feedback and deepening their practice. These sessions are sometimes open to non-practitioners as a way to receive a taster session from students under supervision. This can be a good introduction to this powerful healing tool if you are interested in doing a Reiki attunement for yourself and provide an opportunity to meet others with varying levels of experience using Reiki.
